DH-SM series

The DH-SM series represents the Dhollandia brand's product line that slides under the chassis. The lift tailgates, collectively known as sliders, are stored under the truck chassis when in transport position, thus enabling free loading and unloading into the cargo area in locations where a ramp or docking gate receives the goods. In such cases, the lift tailgate is not needed and does not hinder or slow down rapid loading and unloading. The lift tailgate is set into working position using a hydromotor, which pushes the lift plate out from under the chassis in seconds when we need it. The lift plate is divided into two parts and is folded out manually using a torsion spring. In terms of capacity, versions with a load capacity of 1000, 1500 and 2000kg can be ordered. The model range can be mounted on both conventional “U” profile chassis trucks and “I” beam trailers or semi-trailers. The slider tail lifts, just like their folding counterparts, can be ordered with a variety of options and accessories, and even with individual tail lift sizes, making them fully customizable to the vehicle’s specifics and customer needs.

The DH-SM series, unlike its competitors, never compromises on stability and safety! The design always uses 2 lifting and 2 tilting cylinders to ensure stable and safe lifting and lowering of the goods. By using 4 cylinders, the lifting arms and cylinders are arranged symmetrically and only with this design can it be guaranteed that the lifting plate provides adequate support for the shipment under all circumstances.

Dhollandia also sticks to conservative control with this series, which in practice means that the tail lift does not contain electronic components or control panels that are difficult to service and expensive to replace. The DH-SM series is therefore very service-friendly, its control and operation are easy to understand and can be repaired inexpensively.
